An ETH to SOL exchange changes both the asset and the network. The destination is SOL on Solana; it is not wrapped ETH and it is not a token that merely happens to use the letters SOL on another chain. That distinction matters when choosing where the result should land.
Keep the interesting part in your browser tabs. Keep the transfer boring: the selected source network, the receiving network and the actual wallet address should all agree with the provider’s final instructions. The form handles the exchange flow. Your wallet handles the transfer you approve.
01/Two chains, one very specific destination
Ethereum and Solana use different address systems and transaction rules. Open the receive screen for SOL in your Solana wallet and use the address it supplies. An Ethereum 0x address is not a substitute. If you use an exchange account, verify that it accepts a SOL deposit on Solana before using its deposit address.
02/ETH for the send, SOL for what comes next
Sending native ETH on Ethereum consumes ETH for the source transaction fee. On the receiving side, Solana transaction fees are paid in SOL. Your own wallet’s send screen and the provider’s quote describe different parts of the cost; inspect both rather than treating one displayed number as a promise about every fee.
03/A quote is a route, not a teleport button
ChangeNOW supplies a standard floating-rate quote for the selected assets and amount. Check the amount to receive, the source network and the deposit details before committing. Do not send to an old deposit address just because it remains in your wallet history. A new order may come with different instructions.
